Food & Drink

 There are a number of  places to grab food and drinks along the trail. When planning your trip note that the Northern part of the GSRT from Lebanon to Concord winds through small villages and options are fewer and further apart so plan accordingly.  If you are completing a ride of the entire trail  you'll want to stock up in either Concord or Goffstown before hitting the on road connector as there are no stores between those two towns.  From Manchester south you'll find plenty of places to stop on or near the trail.    See the list below for more details.
